A while ago we had planned a long weekend in Rocky Point with our friends Josh & Lynn. We couldn't wait for our vacation to begin and then the Swine Flu pandemic started to make headlines...we were deeply concerned...but not enough to cancel our vacation. We had waited to long and were far to excited to even consider canceling. Instead we planned to stay at the house and not visit any public places while in Mexico. So we did not go out to eat, we did not go shopping, we just stayed at the beach and enjoyed our long weekend! We all came back healthy and successfully shirked the Swine Flu!
Of course, we had to poke some fun and take pictures with face masks on the beach. Nathan preferred to wear his mask as a Yamika.

We made a sand spa...
We danced...
We played cards...
We celebrated Lynn's first birthday in Rocky Point...
but best of all, we just sat on the beach!
It was such a great weekend and the best of times with our dearest friends...I'm so glad we didn't let the headlines keep us from going! More pictures...
